I am loving these and only had them for a single ride. First time with Giordana bibs and they may become my new favorites. So I'm 6'4" (193cm) and 190lbs (86 Kg) for sizing compares I have a size L. I also do rides in the range of 25+ mi long so an hour+ on the bike every ride. I just got these and did a quick 1 hour ride and all was good. I will update later once I have done a few longer rides. The shoulder straps are plenty long enough for me. The did not twist or dig. The hem length is on the longer side compared to other brands but not by much. The are maybe 2-3 cm longer on the leg then a Castelli Comp zone ( I fit a Large) or Castelli Endurance 2 ( I'm an XL) . Pad is a little on the thick side so there is a bit of diaper feeling but once in the saddle all is good. No chaffing for me even without the Butt'r. The fit is snug a supportive the way I like it. Highly recommend.I have only done one short ride so far in these bibs, 27 miles. They are a nice compression bib, and feel somewhat tighter than my other size M bibs (older male, with slightly enhanced belly). What I really like a lot is that the front is cut lower than other bibs I own. That makes it much easier to 'heed the call of nature'. The chamois was comfortable on this ride, but seems a little on the thin side, so I really need to test it on a 40 mile or longer ride.Got em on right now for a three hour ride! Fit perfect very comfortable.Although the stitching of the pad to the bib comes undone after a couple thousand miles (the only reason for 4 stars), I continue to use them and these are the only bibs I will wear. At 6’3” it is always hard to find the leg length I want but not with these, it’s spot on. The pad and leg compression are 5 stars as are the comfort of the shoulder straps, though they can irritate the nipples if not wearing an undershirt which I always do. As a randonneur logging many miles at one time I would recommend these to anyone riding short or long. These have a cheap chamois in them. The padding seems like it's old fashioned foam rubber, and much too thick and wide. It gets all wadded up and puts pressure on places that you don't want it to. Also the padding literally soaks up sweat and becomes saturated. These also run small, I am 6'-0" and 180lbs. and a large feels too tight. The panels are perfect for me, excellent comfort and fit with no blood flow issues. Also, the low front waist is a great concept. Bought 4 pair in the end, can't stop wearing them. These are my first pair of bib shorts, I have been unimpressed with standard shorts for a while. I think that most companies don't really make standard shorts that are as high quality as bibs. I am 6 ft., 160 pounds and the large fits very well. I really like the compression, which standard shorts don't provide and the chamois feels good after a 12 mile MTB ride. The shoulder straps and back panel are very lightweight and comfortable. I did wear baggies over them since I mountain bike, I can't say I would wear these without them as they leave little to the imagination. Yes they do cost more than regular chamois liners, but the quality and materials are amazing compared to anything else I have tried.I'm not one inclined to write reviews typically but in this case I'm moved to put in a good word. I like the fit. They hug your bottom and have a quality chamois. You'll find a built in pocket for the boys which holds them in place and up off the saddle. I'm 6'2" and 200++ . A XXXL fits well although if I was any shorter they would be too long for me. As it is they extend right to the knee now. Once you get your hands on these you'll see the quality in the materials puts these at the top of the heap.
